About these terms
These terms govern your use of aegiscybertech.com (the "website"), operated by AEGIS CYBERTECH LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with its registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States ("AEGIS CYBERTECH", "we", "us"). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
What the website is for
The website describes our cybersecurity and technology consulting services and lets businesses contact us. It does not sell products, take payments or create a contract by itself. Nothing on the website is an offer that can be accepted online.
Consulting engagements
Any consulting work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed or accepted by both parties. That document sets out the scope, method, authorisations, timing, deliverables, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, liability and the conditions for changes, cancellation and termination. If a written engagement agreement conflicts with these terms, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.
Fees, cancellation and refunds
The website does not display prices and no fee is charged through it. Fees are quoted in each written proposal and become payable only under an accepted proposal. Cancellation rights, notice periods and any refunds for an engagement are those stated in its proposal or agreement. Where a proposal is silent, work already performed and expenses already incurred with your approval remain payable, and amounts paid in advance for work not yet performed are refunded. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded are not affected.
Authorisation for technical work
We do not test, scan or access any system without the prior written authorisation of a person entitled to grant it. Submitting the contact form does not authorise any technical activity.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server or any connected system, or to disrupt their operation;
- send through the contact form any malware, spam, unlawful content, other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or confidential information you are not entitled to share;
- copy or scrape the website in bulk for commercial purposes.
Intellectual property
The content of the website, including text, the AEGIS CYBERTECH name and logo, images and layout, belongs to AEGIS CYBERTECH LLC or is used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Liability for consulting services is governed exclusively by the relevant engagement agreement.

You agree to indemnify AEGIS CYBERTECH LLC against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in New Mexico have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the website with its effective date applies from that date.

Autorización para trabajos técnicos

Uso aceptable
Usted se compromete a no:
