No consulting relationship from the website
Reading the website, contacting us or receiving a reply does not create a consulting relationship. An engagement exists only under a written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties.
Nature of our services
AEGIS CYBERTECH provides advisory services: risk assessment, architecture and configuration review, organisational readiness and technology guidance. Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, we do not provide:
- emergency incident response or continuous security monitoring;
- penetration testing or any testing of systems without written authorisation;
- managed security services, software, hardware or product resale;
- certifications, attestations or formal audit opinions;
- legal advice. Questions of law and regulatory compliance should be confirmed with qualified legal counsel.
Authorisation
Any technical review is carried out only within the limits and written authorisations agreed in the engagement, and only on systems the client is entitled to authorise.
No guarantee of security
No assessment or set of measures can make a system, network or organisation invulnerable. Our recommendations aim to reduce risk and support informed decisions. They do not guarantee that security incidents, data loss or regulatory findings will not occur, and their effectiveness depends on how and when they are implemented.
Emergencies
The contact form and the info@ mailbox are not monitored for emergencies. If you are dealing with an active security incident, contact your IT provider, your insurer's response service or the relevant authorities.
Confidential information
Do not send passwords, keys, confidential reports or other people's personal data through the website. Any exchange of sensitive information during an engagement is agreed in writing.
